The Vendicari Nature Reserve is just 3km away with it’s choice of beaches of rugged coastline to explore. Alternatively, the much more tourist oriented beach of Lido di Noto is 5km away. San Lorenzo and Calamoscha are popular beaches and are also just 5km away from the property.
The beautiful Baroque town of Noto is just 7km away and takes about 10 mins by car. Other nearby towns include Pachino and Rosolini, both around 30 mins away.
Modica, Ragusa and Catania are all about an hour away and to get to the busy capital Palermo will take around 3 hours by car.

A car is essential. The nearest airport is Catania which is about an hour away. Pozzallo is about 30 mins away, with regular ferry crossings to Malta.
Siracusa is 30 mins away with ferries running to mainland Italy.
