L’antica fattoria composta da due case coloniche e da annessi, è stata completamente ristrutturata rispettando lo stile e l’ambiente. La colonica principale ospita 5 grandi appartamenti ognuno con ingresso e giardino indipendente. La colonica minore è stata divisa in due appartamenti anch’essi grandi e con entrata indipendente da giardino privato. Ogni appartamento è stato ristrutturato con estrema cura, mantenendo le caratteristiche tipiche delle vecchie fattorie toscane (pavimenti in cotto, travi in legno, pietra serena), ma con un tocco di modernità che rende la ristrutturazione ancora più affascinante. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno TV Sat, connessione internet e riscaldamento autonomo. La proprietà è circondata da un grande giardino dove si trovano la dependance, la lavanderia comune, ed una grande piscina (14x7mt). Bbq a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti. Parcheggio interno alla proprietà.
La collocazione della struttura è fra le migliori, si può infatti godere la pace della campagna ed al tempo stesso visitare le più importanti città d’arte toscane ed umbre. Vi sono tutte le premesse per un soggiorno indimenticabile, in una terra ospitale.
In tutta l'area si trovano numerosi ristoranti, dove è possibile gustare la tipica cucina toscana. A soli 2,5 km di strada sterrata sono ubicati i piccoli centri medievali di Pergine Valdarno e Laterina, attrezzati con tutti i servizi quali posta, banca, farmacia, supermercato, negozi e distributore di benzina. Un supermercato ed altri negozi si trovano a Levane (circa 10 minuti d'auto). Ipermercati e negozi di tutti i generi ad Arezzo e Montevarchi. Mercatini tutti i giorni della settimana nei paesi limitrofi.

The estate, that originally included the main farm building and some annexes, has been recently restored in the full respect of the old Tuscan style and its surroundings. The big farmhouse has been divided in 5 big apartments each one with its own independent entrance and garden. While the smaller house hosts only two big apartments both with independent entrance and garden. Each apartment had been painstakingly restructured, taking great care of maintaining the typical characteristics of the old Tuscan dwellings (cotto or stone floors, chestnut beams, bricks arches), but they have also been endowed with a touch of modernity that make the reconstruction even more fascinating.
The estate is surrounded by a large garden where there is also the reception, the communal laundry, BBQ for all guests.
The swimming pool (14m x7m) with external shower is surrounded by sun beds.

All the apartments are fully furnished and have TV Sat, Internet and independent heating.

More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, while Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo. Open air markets in every small town or village in the area every day of the week.
