Il B&B “Poggio a Mandria” è immerso in una splendida oliveta di circa sette ettari, all'interno dell’omonimo podere. Nell'azienda agricola vengono coltivati oliveti e vigneti dai quali si producono olio extra vergine di oliva e vino Chianti. È situato alle porte del Chianti e per questo è un’ottima base per raggiungere in meno di un’ora le più belle città d’arte della Toscana (Arezzo, Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra).
Il B&B “Poggio a Mandria” nasce nella primavera 2011 dalla passione per l’accoglienza e l’ospitalità di Leonardo e Claudia, i due giovani proprietari che hanno deciso di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti una porzione della loro casa colonica, ristrutturata nel corso di questi ultimi anni con tanta dedizione, qualche sacrificio, ma soprattutto con tanto, tanto amore.
Al ricevimento, oltre ai proprietari, gli ospiti troveranno Bianca, una cucciolona di Golden Retriever che sarà felice di accogliere ed intrattenere gli “amici a quattro zampe” che viaggiano con loro.

The B & B Poggio a Mandria is set in a beautiful olive grove of about seven hectares, within the homonymous farm; in the farm we cultivate olive trees and vineyards from which we produce extra virgin olive oil and Chianti wine.
It is the gateway to the Chianti, and this is a good base to reach the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany (Arezzo, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra) in less than an hour. On the surrounding hills there are medieval villages, which offer visitors a charming atmosphere of the past and the opportunity to take walks in an unspoiled countryside. It’s an ideal place for anyone wishing to spend relaxing moments and relive the simple and natural values of rural life.
The B & B Poggio a Mandria opened its doors in spring 2011, with a genuine passion for comfort, warmth and hospitality combined in one. The young owners, Leonardo and Claudia, who have made a large portion of their home available to guests, have renovated this house over the past few years with such dedication, some sacrifices, but above all with lots and lots of love.
Upon arrival, in addition to the owners, guests will find Bianca, a Golden Retriever who will be happy to welcome and entertain the "pets" that travel with them.
